Mike's story is one of a genuine connection with Myrtle Beach. Having initially lived here in the '90s before a stint in Massachusetts, the allure of this coastal gem led him back in 2012, driven by a deep-rooted affection for the area.
Before diving into the real estate realm, Mike's career spanned across various roles in industry-leading corporations. His forte? Alexis Stultz is a dynamic and passionate professional who recently graduated with a B.S. in Public Health from Coastal Carolina University. Sean McNeely - Closing Coordinator
Sean’s transaction management process is one that has been honed from years of working for a top producing real estate team. With hundreds of closings under his belt there isn’t much he hasn’t seen. After mastering his craft Sean decided to start his own real estate transaction business to branch out and serve more agents and clients with his expertise and passion. His attention to detail was initially developed during his previous 20 year career as a Loss Prevention manager in the retail industry. When entering the real estate industry he found a career he feels is his true calling. His heart is to serve people and make them happy during their process of either selling or buying real estate. His passion to help clients navigate all that is involved during the closing process is second to none. After years of working with Sean he has proven to be an amazing asset to our clients and our team.
